hi, I contacted you about a problem I was having with your onebox thinking I’m using the basic (free) service when I’m paying for the plus service. Not only am I having to put up with all these ads, I also just found out that your also including a tag-line to all my outgoing emails which never happened when I was on the plus plan.

ex: “___________________________________________________________ FREE voicemail, email and fax, all in one place. Sign Up Now! www.myto.com”

I would like to know what the problem is, and I tried to have somebody at your technical support number, but they told me to email you.

Also I would like to request my $5.30 be credited to my account as I’m paying for the free version of the MyTO onebox, which is quite silly once you think about it.
