I've just received my invoice for my onebox service on myto.com (this is automatically debited out of my bank account) and it seems Telus is admitting to the problems they had without actually writing it in words, you'll notice theres no credits but the monthly fee happens to be $0.00 (it's normally $4.95).

Telus is really trying very hard to not admit to any problems that they are responsible for, if you ask me this whole orginasation is a huge scam but luckly I only keep one of their products around, even still I have to put up with the Telus crap… thats why “The future is clueless”.
