In order to do this, wemust look at the performance of current services to determine if theyare helping to achieve this goal. As such, we have made a decision todiscontinue myTO Onebox service, effective May 22nd, 2002. This willenable TELUS to focus on making network improvements as well as develophigh quality broadband, Internet and messaging services. This decisionalso aligns with an Internet industry-wide trend, to move away from advertisingsupported products and services. We regret any inconvenience this maycause.

Unfortunately, this means you will no longer have access to any e-mail,fax or voice mail messages saved in your Onebox account. It also meansthat your myTO e-mail address will no longer work. We suggest you printor forward any e-mails, or print any faxes you would like to keep, priorto May 22nd.

What else do I need to know? If people have been contacting you usingmyTO Onebox service e-mail, fax or voice mail, you may want to advisethem of the change. We will provide a service where you can record agreeting so that callers to your Onebox phone number can be advised tocontact you at a new number. Upon request, an e-mail forwarding optionwill also be provided that will send your current Onebox e-mails to ane-mail address of your choice. These arrangements will be availableat no charge for a transition period of six months. Another e-mail willbe sent with instructions on how to access the e-mail forwarding option.
