Follow up: I just rang the police and appearently the alarms are susposed to stop after 20 minutes… it did but for about 1 second then kept going, so the alarm is probably fucked but they’re going to send a patrol car when they can. (I rang the non-emergency number)

So with any luck that thing will be silenced soon.
