Another o2 post…

I’m now convinced O2 are just stupid, not because they’ve wronged me in any way but because they’ve done the following:

• Added ‘Reduced Rate International Calls’ to my tariff.
• Still yet to bill me for all the text messages I’ve sent in France LAST YEAR (at 30p a message)
• Forgotten to bill me for all the text messages I sent in Ireland, however they’ve just billed me for the calls/gprs usage.

O2 aren’t smart at all, they’ve saved me money on their own accord! I’m shocked, good business practise coming from a mobile network!

Then again, they charged me £3.13 for a 3 minute call from Dublin to Toronto, Canada which is (I assume) full price.
