Hello,

I’ve requested to have MMS about a week or so ago, however, my service is still not working after being told it would take 24 hours.

I’ve called a number of times to only receive excuse after excuse on why it’s not yet active on my service, one of them being “your phone is interfering with the network, our technicians are working to resolve it”.

I would like to know why it has taken this long and my service is still not working correctly and when it will actually be active (without a far fetched excuse).
