I was disappointed to learn that the new mobile phones for Rick etc at London have yet to be despatched.

Accepting that this falls quite low in the priority of things to do, I did notice yesterday that those for J Seymour’s guys, and others, had been distributed.

Following our specific conversation last week I was rather hoping that this was one bane we could have put to bed.

Emails like this do my fucking head in. I have 6 boxes of mobiles which have 5 mobiles in them, now, what needs to happen is we then transfer upto 500 numbers from the old handset to the new (the old ones being Ericssons and the new being Nokias) which is not easy as you need to copy them to the sim, off the sim and then continue on if the sim can not hold 500 numbers (most only hold 90).

Now lets also factor in this: We received the phones from Orange on Thursday, started issuing some on Friday. And now I’m ALONE all week, so my priorities are less of “do phones” and more of “fix shit”.

Yesterday I was fucking busy as it happens, nothing I could do about it and I’m catching up with it now. Then I get this fucking email, whining about it. IT’S BEEN FOUR BUSINESS DAYS, I DO APOLOGISE BUT IT HAPPENS. Their present phones are fully functional, there is NOT A PROBLEM WITH THEM he even blaitantly admits that in his fucking email but do you think that’s hit his fucking head NO.

I’m seriously hacked off now, I’ll fucking send all these shitty phones TO HIM PERSONALLY AND GET HIM TO ACTIVATE, SWITCH AND SEND BACK THE OLD ONES ON HIS OWN AND OF COURSE WHILE HE TRIES TO GET ON WITH HIS OWN FUCKING WORK.

There is no reasoning what so ever, just “MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE” OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I’ll be fucking supprised if I show up here tomorrow sometime before 4pm.
