I’m not exactly sure how to respond to this insult from First Direct, it goes beyond any cuntingness that I’m even capable of. Well, I’m certainly not staying with them now, the only feature I hung around for was text message banking, but after this shit, I’d much rather check my account manually by web or by phone.

I was seriously expecting to be knocked down to a Solo or Electron, but not beyond the depths of both in a pit of white nothingness.

Well I’m off to change all my direct debits around and count the days until I can get my NatWest Switch back.
