I’m on the phone with direct line in regards to my last call to them, I enquired on to the status and was told “we tried to call them same day, but our systems were down”.

I seem to have that effect on companies. When I ring O2, their systems are down. When I go in to the Chippenham branch the ISDN lines are shagged and all transactions are done manually (even the cash points outside don’t work!).

Is the universe trying to tell me I should be come a hermit and live in a cave (hey I could even wear nothing but a loin cloth! [kinky]).
