I’ve been attempting to download a few of your podcasts only to find you have labour actions against you by your web servers who refuse to allow me to download. I feel that you should replace your 404 error page with the following image [http://tinypic.com/azht8n.jpg] to elevate the frustration of your visitors seeing as just about nothing seems to be working (much like your unionised staff).
