Hello,

I’ve been trying to activate Mobile Web on my contract for about a week now, I’ve now been told I’m unable to do so because I have a legacy contract (3toGo).

I find this rather offensive considering that I took this contract out shortly after Three started and it is a contract and not some poxy pay and go top-up account.

Would somebody kindly explain why my contract isn’t good enough to get any kind of add-ons without having to change it to one with a monthly line rental?

I expect to get an apology of some sort, then a ‘well sorry we can’t do anything but for £xx a month’ and finally ‘thanks for being with us so long’ jibjab.
