I’ve spent ALL my day fixing up STUPID crap.  The highlights include:

1. Booking a recovery against Ford AA when it’s one of OUR agents and failing to include WHO WE’RE SUSPOSED TO PAY.
2. Failing to think OUTSIDE the box.  No need to recover when a LOCKSMITH might just solve the problem.
3. Failing to note that IPSWICH and ESSEX are REALLY BLOODY FAR AWAY from each other.
4. Failing to realise that at £1 a mile which we pay FOR THE RETURN JOURNET makes it even FURTHER.

It annoys me that people don’t stop and think FIRST before causing more problems FIXING IT.
