Hello,

I've discovered a leak in the kitchen ceiling, it sounds like the pipes from upstairs are the culprits. In fact there is water running at the moment and it sounds like its almost raining inside.

I think it might be the waste pipe rather than a mains as I've not heard or seen this happen before.

If it could be checked out as soon as possible.
